HOW IT WORKS?
At Guard-Safe Guarding, we're proud of the fact that there's no machine we can't guard. With a complete line of OSHA and MSHA compliant safety guarding products for any and all of your machine guarding needs, Guard-Safe Guarding is proud to offer custom designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed solutions across a wide range of industries.
How do we do it? It's a process that starts with a safety assessment, where we work with you and your on-site personnel to Identify Hazards and find ways that they can be safely guarded without undue encumbrance. When identifying hazards, just remember the words Over, Under, Around or Through. If you can reach a pinch point, moving or rotating part any of those ways, then a guard is right for the job.
Once we've completed our assessment, we'll begin Scanning and Measurements of all the places that need safety guarding. We use a FARO Freestyle 3D Laser Scanner to help ensure that our designs are always a perfect fit. When Designing Your Guards, we can achieve accuracy within 1.5mm or 0.059 inch so that your guards fit right the first time.
Before we begin fabrication, we will provide you with Engineered Drawings that allow you to see just what your machine guarding product will look like when it's finished and how it will fit into your process. Then we build Custom Guards that are powder coated Safety Yellow for OSHA compliance. Our guards are preassembled before they ship, ensuring proper fit and function. Finally, our Guard-Safe Guarding technicians complete the Installation (or work with your installation crew) so that your new guards are mounted rigidly and securely to protect your workers.

FARO Freestyle 3D Laser Scanner
One of the things that sets us apart at Guard-Safe Guarding is our attention to detail and our commitment to providing custom-tailored machine safeguarding solutions that fit your needs. That's why our engineers incorporate the use of hand-held FARO Freestyle 3D Laser Scanners, which come with us on our guarding audits. We use these to capture vital data points on operating machinery, allowing you to continue operations even while we're obtaining measurements in the field. There’s no need for costly downtime while we're getting our measurements! With the FARO Freestyle 3D scanners, we get it right the first time. Because the entire area is scanned, no data is overlooked, and there's no need for us to come back for additional measurements.
Once your measurements are in the hands of our engineers, we can create designs that are accurate to within 1.5mm or 0.059 inch. Your machine guarding solutions will fit perfectly, with no need for on-site fabrication or modifications.
